The 45˚ slanting unibody bed is manufactured from fine meehanite cast-iron and cast in high-torque rib structure to provide resistance to distortion and deformation, and it prevents thermal deformation during high-speed processing to enable stable, high-precision machining
High-speed spindle
The Hwacheon clean room assembly facility, where these super-precision, super-speed spindles are manufactured, maintains optimal temperature and humidity, and is kept free of any foreign substances.
