Easily automated mid-sized 5-axis machining center affordable universal machining D3-5AX is equipped with a acceleration/deceleration conveyance system design optimized for a minimal cycle time and has a structure that allows an easy
access to robots and AWC, showing excellent performance in mass production. In addition, it is equipped with the processing software technology developed by Hwacheon to provide improved productivity and accuracy as well as excellent processing quality.

Hwacheon Spindle Displacement Control System

When the spindle rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force drives the taper to expand, causing errors in Z axis. HSDC constantly monitors the temperature at each spindle region and makes optimal prediction for thermal displacement.

The system then makes necessary adjustments and eff ectively minimizing thermal displacement.
